This paper introduces a VR experience powered by LLMs to support reflection on parental verbal abuse. Participants first role-play an abusive parent, interacting with an LLM as a child, then observe the LLM reframe harsh language into nurturing expressions. A qualitative study (N=12) shows the experience fosters emotional reflection, with outcomes shaped by participants’ personal histories, highlighting the importance of personalization in AI-supported emotional interventions.
